About Me
My name is Stephanie Chastain and I am
recent graduate from the University of Florida. I graduated Magna Cum Laude
on May 3, 2014 with a Bachelor of Science from the Warrington College of Business Administration, with a
double major in Economics and Information Systems. During my Senior year
I participated in the University Scholars Program, for which I wrote my honors thesis
on the determinants of successful technology transfer among universities.
My career aspirations fall within the management consulting field.
During August of 2014
I started full-time as a CIO Advisory Associate with KPMG, LLP in the Tampa, Florida office.
This position involves high-level IT consulting for major organizations.
Various projects that I have worked on include a feasibility study for a
budget request to support updates to an automated information system, an
inventory management tool vendor selection, and a security policy and
procedures gap analysis and remediation. Past internships include
Advisory for KPMG, Strategic Planning for Chico's FAS, and Meetings & Events for Arthrex,
Inc.
