About Me

My name is Stephanie Chastain and I am recent graduate from the University of Florida. I graduated Magna Cum Laude on May 3, 2014 with a Bachelor of Science from the Warrington College of Business Administration, with a double major in Economics and Information Systems. During my Senior year I participated in the University Scholars Program, for which I wrote my honors thesis on the determinants of successful technology transfer among universities.

My career aspirations fall within the management consulting field. During August of 2014 I started full-time as a CIO Advisory Associate with KPMG, LLP in the Tampa, Florida office. This position involves high-level IT consulting for major organizations. Various projects that I have worked on include a feasibility study for a budget request to support updates to an automated information system, an inventory management tool vendor selection, and a security policy and procedures gap analysis and remediation. Past internships include Advisory for KPMG, Strategic Planning for Chico's FAS, and Meetings & Events for Arthrex, Inc.
